We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any third-party website you visit or use, even if it is a website of a GGEVITYY Group Company. We encourage you to exercise caution when providing any personally identifiable information to third parties. We have no control over the security of any information that you transmit to any unaffiliated third-party outside of this Site. GGEVITYY makes no representation or warranty as to the reliability, accuracy, timeliness, usefulness, adequacy, or suitability of the information regarding any such third-party requesting your information that is not GGEVITYY.
GGEVITYY is a company engaged in purchasing and selling certain Products (as defined in the Terms of Use) for manufacturers. Our mission is to empower people with an understanding of a complicated industry. We aim to allow Users to responsibly evaluate which categories of biologics and other related Products to determine if they align with their practice goals and to make their own independent purchasing decisions. Users must seek their own medical advice on Product purchases, use their own sources to become informed about regulatory obligations, and how preservation chemistry is applied, documented, and evaluated as part of responsible regenerative biologic processing of Products. Users shall then independently determine the most appropriate approach based on their intended use, regulatory obligations, and professional judgment to make a Product purchase.
Since GGEVITYY does not manufacture the Products, the manufacturing context and physiologic considerations associated with regenerative biologics and their preservation methods for Products are based solely on information disclosed by the manufacturers. Through the Site, Users can view what Products GGEVITYY has available, and the User makes its independent purchasing decisions (via selection and shipping in e-commerce). All data collected is related to these business purposes.
CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically, and this will be reflected by a "Last Modified" date below. Please revisit this page to stay aware of any changes. In general, we only use your Personally Identifiable Information in the manner described in the Privacy Policy in effect when we received such information. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your agreement to this Privacy Policy and to later revisions.
For revisions to this Privacy Policy that may be materially less restrictive on our use or disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information you have provided to us, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and obtain your consent before implementing such revisions with respect to such information.
GGEVITYY, its divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, parent(s), and group companies (the “GGEVITYY Group Companies”), respect the privacy and integrity of any information that you provide in the use of our Site and Services. This Privacy Policy explains our policy regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. This Privacy Policy will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices, and our users' needs. As the Site and Services expand and diversify, this Privacy Policy may evolve. Please check this Privacy Policy from time to time for updates. Any changes will be reflected in this document.
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Such changes, modifications, additions, or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, issuing an email to the email address listed by registered users or simply posting the revised Privacy Policy online. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to maintain a valid email address, profile, and as a registered user, to periodically review this Site and this Privacy Policy to be aware of any modifications. Your continued use of the Site after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide by and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
GGEVITYY is committed to protecting the privacy of our users of our Site and Services. It is Company policy to comply with applicable privacy laws and, in the event your personal information is provided and used, to use your personal information consistent with the parameters of providing the Site and Services, to enhance your experience with the Site and Services, and to improve the Site and Services. We do not sell, lease, or rent our customer lists to third parties and we do not sell any personal data. We do not sell any personal information for monetary consideration.
However, we do share personal information with third parties as part of a mutually beneficial business relationship in exchange for non-monetary consideration such as an enhanced ability to serve you content that is of interest to you. To the extent such sharing of information may be considered a 'sale' under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as referenced further in this Privacy Policy, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information (subject to certain exceptions).
Furthermore, by voluntarily providing your email address, you agree to receive email notifications and/or news from sponsors. It is your obligation to select the option to decline receipt of emails, news, or other promotional communications from us or any sponsors; otherwise, you may receive email notifications and advertisements. If you as the User decide on your own accord to respond to an advertisement from a company, any privacy interest you wish to protect may be at risk. Such action constitutes no affiliation with GGEVITYY; instead, we will disclaim responsibility. Under this agreement, we do not have responsibility for those third-party terms, and no recourse is found through GGEVITYY. Otherwise, it is GGEVITYY policy to only disclose your personal information as authorized and/or as required by applicable law.
This Privacy Policy aims to address how the Company treats personal information gathered from visitors, users, and purchasers of the Site and Services; specifically, the collection, use, and disclosure of your personally identifiable information in connection with your use of the Site and Services, Content, and more as defined in the Terms and Conditions. Additionally, if our Site and Services require the use of Google, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, or any other third-party payment company platform, website, or service, you are subject to those policies found on their individual websites and platforms, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to the terms of service of those third-party websites, platforms, or services, please do not use ours or their Site and Services.
1. Types of Information Collected
In order to better provide you with our Site and Services, we collect two types of information about our users: personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information. Some users will submit their personally identifiable information in order to be a participant on the Site. Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience while using our Site and Services. Furthermore, it enables us to give you convenient access to our Site and Services and focus on categories of greatest interest to you. In addition, your personally identifiable information helps us keep you posted on the latest announcements, special offers, and market events that you might like to hear about to assist with a home purchase or sale in the real estate market.
Personally Identifiable Information
This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. When you engage in certain activities on this site — such as registering for a membership, completing an application, submitting content, registering for tickets or events, engaging in discussion forums or other public areas, entering a contest or sweepstakes, filling out a survey, ordering a product from us, or sending us feedback — we may ask you to provide certain information about yourself.
It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities. However, we may ask you to provide personal information such as:
- Gender
- First name and surname
- Delivery address (street, house number, post/zip code, and city)
- [Optional] Billing address (street, house number, post code, and city)
- Telephone number
- [Optional] Date of birth
- Email address
- IP address
- Other personal identifying information
When registering on this Site or receiving services from any of the Site and Services provided, you may be asked to provide a credit card number. We use this Personal Information to process your orders and to answer queries regarding your order. We use your favorites, order history, and reviews to gain insight into the products you prefer. The grounds for processing we use are the implementation of the agreement that we have made with you, the fulfillment of our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in gaining insight into the product preferences of our customers. This allows us to adjust the range of products we sell to meet the preferences of our customers.
Depending upon the activity, some of the information we ask you to provide is identified as mandatory and some as voluntary. If you do not provide the mandatory data for a particular activity, you will not be able to engage in that activity, purchase, or receive service.
Protected Health Information
We do not accept or request any protected health information (PHI), and we do not accept or request any personally identifiable information involving medical history, health, or other records associated with a User’s medical situation. GGEVITYY is not a medical practitioner and does not provide clinical advice to be relied upon as medical fact or advice. Therefore, in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA"), GGEVITYY will not accept or process PHI as defined in the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, as amended by the HITECH Act, ARRA, GINA, and related regulations.
Any such disclosure to GGEVITYY will result in automatic deletion and notice to the provider of the improper disclosure.
GGEVITYY is not a medical provider, business associate, or other party authorized to receive medical documents; thus, GGEVITYY does not develop, implement, maintain, or use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the privacy of any protected health information. Users must not disclose any protected health or private personal health information to GGEVITYY under any circumstances, as such disclosure — whether incidental, intentional, or unintentional — is a violation of this Privacy Policy.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based on where you visit, what you purchase, and/or how you use the Site and Services in several ways. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include:
- The Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) you came from
- The URL you navigate to next
- Your browser type
- Your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address
A URL is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web. An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a TCP/IP network like the Web. Your IP address is automatically assigned whenever you access the internet and allows servers to locate and identify your device. Computers require IP addresses to communicate online.
Additionally, mobile applications for the Site and Services may access and track this same type of data when required.
2. Collection Methods and Use of Information
Aside from what you provide during registration or purchase, we do not collect any additional Personally Identifiable Information about you unless you voluntarily provide it. You provide Personally Identifiable Information when you:
- Register for our Site and Services and provide your email address;
- Disclose your home address and other personal details during product purchases;
- Sign up for special offers;
- Send email messages, submit forms, or transmit other information;
- Disclose information about your fitness and health goals (e.g., lose weight, increase energy, joint relief, etc.); or
- Submit your credit card or other payment information via third-party payment applications.
We may also collect information at other points on our Site where such collection is explicitly noted — including from browsing history, newsletter signups, customer service inquiries, and cookie tracking.
Additionally, we may collect — or our third-party ad servers and content servers may collect — certain Non-personally Identifiable Information. This information is stored in the form of store categories and, in some cases, specific URLs. We use your IP address to diagnose server/software issues, administer the Site, and gather demographic information. Our third-party ad servers also provide us with summary reports (but not individual reports) showing how many ads were presented and clicked on our Site.
Any personally or non-personally identifiable information obtained from third parties (e.g., if you use a third party to register) may not be covered by this Privacy Policy and will instead be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy policies.
We will primarily use your Personally Identifiable Information to provide our Services to you, as required by our agreements with you. We also use this information to enhance the Site, fill orders, improve marketing efforts, analyze site usage, improve product offerings, and customize content and layout. We may use it to deliver information, send administrative notices, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and enforce our agreements (including our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy).
3. Release of Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your Personally Identifiable Information to others, except to GGEVITYY Group Companies. Any release of information to third parties occurs only as necessary to fulfill your request (e.g., ordering products, customer support), and is based on your decision to participate.
We may provide some of our Site and Services through contractual arrangements with affiliates, service providers, partners, and other third parties. These partners use your Personally Identifiable Information to operate our Site and Services and deliver those services. For example, we may release your address to a delivery service to fulfill an order or provide order details to customer service partners.
We encourage our service partners to adopt their own privacy policies; however, the use of your data by these partners is governed by their own policies, not ours.
We may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information in connection with a corporate reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, or other disposition of our business, assets, or stock — including in bankruptcy or similar proceedings.
Occasionally, we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information. We will disclose such information upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities and reserve the right to report unlawful activities.
We may also provide Non-personally Identifiable Information — such as sales patterns and site usage statistics — to third-party advertisers. These analytics are anonymized and de-identified; they do not include any Personally Identifiable Information.
4. Updating and Correcting Information
You have the right to access and edit the Personally Identifiable Information you have provided. You may change any information in your account online at any time by accessing your account through instructions on the Site. You may also access and correct your personal information by writing to:
GGEVITYY LLC1648 Taylor Road Box 432
Port Orange, Florida 32128
Email: contactus@ggevityy.com
Please include your name, address, and/or email address when contacting us.
We encourage you to promptly update your information if it changes. You may request to have information on your account deleted, but we cannot delete data associated with past transactions due to record-keeping requirements. In addition, residual information may remain in backups even after deletion.
5. User Choices on Collection and Use of Information
We may send you emails regarding our Site and Services. If you indicated during registration that you are interested in offers from us or our partners, we may occasionally send direct mail about products and services we believe may interest you. Only GGEVITYY or its agents (under confidentiality agreements) will send these mailings, and only if you did not object to such communications.
If you do not want to receive these messages, inform us when you provide your personal information, or update your preferences in your account settings at any time.
We may also disclose Personally Identifiable Information collected via third-party cookies — when you consent — in accordance with our Cookies Policy (see Paragraph 7). You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings: accept all, be notified, or reject all cookies. Declining cookies may limit some Site functionality.
We may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information to third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, website hosts, customer service, email delivery, auditing) to support our Site and Services.
We use your email address to send newsletters only if you’ve given express permission. You can unsubscribe by clicking the link in the newsletter or modifying your account settings at any time. We analyze your click behavior (based on legitimate interest) to understand your preferences and tailor product offerings.
6. Retention and Security of Information
Retention
We store your Personally Identifiable Information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. We do not store data outside the continental United States. Retention periods are as follows:
- Order on the Website: 7 years (legal requirement)
- Ordering with Account: 7 years, or while your account is active; data removed after deletion unless legal retention applies
- Browsing the Website: Visitor data stored for at least 26 months before deletion or earlier upon request
- Newsletter and Advertising Subscriptions: Consent stored for 2 years; cancellation requests stored for 2 years
- Customer Service: Contact notes kept while you are an active customer; calls may be recorded for training; stored in line with data practices
Storage
Your Personally Identifiable Information is secure, consistent with industry standards. We use passwords, unique customer IDs, and encryption to protect access. Only select personnel and contractors have access via password-protected secure servers. We encrypt information during transmission.
Until otherwise notified, GGEVITYY stores all data in its third-party CRM database.
Credit card transactions are handled by third-party processors like Clover and Autobooks. They receive only the information necessary to verify, process, and ship orders. Their handling of data is subject to their own privacy policies.
Unfortunately, no internet or wireless transmission system can be guaranteed 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal information and will not assume liability for improper access. The internet is not secure, and you acknowledge that email communications, orders, and postings may be lost, intercepted, altered, or hacked.
While we strive to protect your data, you acknowledge that: (a) internet security limitations are beyond our control; (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of information exchanged via our site cannot be guaranteed; and (c) information may be viewed or tampered with in transit by third parties.
You are also subject to third-party data security and privacy terms when using their sites or completing transactions, even if affiliated with GGEVITYY.
Hyperlinks to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. We make no representations or warranties about those sites and disclaim liability for their privacy practices. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, control, or affiliation.
7. Analytics and Cookies
Google Analytics is a web analysis tool we use to understand how Users engage with our website. It may use cookies to collect non-personally identifiable information. For more information, visit Google's privacy partner policy.
Cookies are small data files stored on your device for record-keeping. They help us distinguish users, remember preferences, track usage, and improve services. Cookies may be used to:
- Remember you and your preferences
- Improve site functionality
- Recognize your device
- Show relevant advertisements
- Prevent ad repetition
Cookies typically do not contain Personally Identifiable Information. Most browsers accept cookies by default, but you can usually change settings to block or warn you. Disabling cookies may impair Site functionality, speed, or feature availability.
We also use web beacons, tracking pixels, and JavaScript — standard technologies that collect visit information. When we refer to “cookies,” we mean cookies and similar technologies.
We do not require permission for:
- Cookies enabling internet communication
- Cookies required for website functionality
- Analytical cookies with minimal privacy impact
For advertising and marketing cookies, we request your permission via our cookie consent banner. You can accept or reject them at any time, and withdraw consent later by adjusting preferences.
We may use third-party ad servers that place separate cookies on your computer. You will have opt-in/out options. We do not provide these servers with your Personally Identifiable Information or purchase data. We and our ad servers collect Non-personally Identifiable Information such as IP address, browser type, server location, and ad interactions.
8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS; NEVADA RESIDENTS; RESIDENTS OF THE EUROPEAN UNION; AND ONLINE TRACKING
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once per year and free of charge, a list of third parties to which we disclosed certain personal information for direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year. If you are a California resident and wish to make such a request, please email or write to us at the address below.
The California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”) requires us to disclose our response to "Do Not Track" signals. GGEVITYY supports Do Not Track browser settings. If enabled, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to stop collecting information that tailors the Site to user preferences based on recent activity.
We will not store or use information about other websites you visit, except for our own.
Effective January 2020, under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), GGEVITYY shall not be considered a Business or Third Party. If our status changes, you confirm that all information you provide complies with applicable law, and that you have given all necessary notices and opt-outs to allow GGEVITYY to share and use such data for internal operations — including product improvement, analytics, financial reporting, and audits. Sharing within GGEVITYY Group Companies does not constitute a "sale" under the CCPA.
